I have sold a property at 100 BRIDGEPORT WYND in Leduc.
Outstanding 1284 sq. ft. 4 bedroom bungalow is situated in desirable Bridgeport. Built in 1997 this home has had loads of upgrades over the past 5 years. Some of the updates include furnace, hot water on demand, air conditioning, shingles, granite countertops throughout, all kitchen appliances are high end stainless steel, stove is dual fuel, (gas top & two electric ovens), bathroom fixtures, window coverings, and a fully finished basement. Also included is a soundproof theater room, and an oversized heated garage. Room for RV parking. Upstairs 3 good sized rooms including the master complete with 3 piece ensuite and walk -in closet. Living room is open, vaulted and bright with gas fire place. 4th bedroom, flex/den rec room, media room and another full bath in the basement. Outside is fully landscaped complete with fence and deck. This home shows well and has been cared for. Close to all amenities, parks, schools, shopping and access roads. A must see!
Today’s Bank of Canada rate hold announcement marks almost four straight years that the key benchmark rate has remained unchanged, since September 8, 2010. Great news if you have a variable-rate mortgage or home equity line of credit; the prime rate stays at 3%.
The announcement noted that “the risks to the outlook for inflation remain roughly balanced, while the risks associated with household imbalances have not diminished.” With these considerations, the Bank is maintaining its monetary policy stimulus, and remains neutral with respect to the timing and direction of the next change.
The next rate-setting day is October 22nd.
