I have sold a property at 14204 75 AVE in EDMONTON.
Exquisite 2,457 sqft 4 bedroom home in quiet cul-de-sac in Laurier Heights. This large family property boasts many upgrades: newer triple glaze windows, shingles & insulation, cedar siding with insulation underneath, hardwood (site finished oak), marble gas fireplace, front vestibule with slate flooring & custom wood front door, furnace, A/C, on-demand hot water, 2nd double garage in rear, newer cedar fence, and flagstone patio to name a few. The main level features a spacious living room, separate dining room, laundry area, family room and access to the front attached garage with its custom made cedar garage door. The upper level houses 4 bedrooms and a 4 piece bath. The master suite has a 3 piece ensuite. The basement features an open rumpus room for the kids, separate hobby area and lots of storage. The backyard is HUGE...natural gas BBQ hook up, plenty of room to entertain and for your family and their friends to play. The very private lot is well over 12,000 sqft. You have to see it to believe it!
Today’s Bank of Canada rate hold announcement marks almost four straight years that the key benchmark rate has remained unchanged, since September 8, 2010. Great news if you have a variable-rate mortgage or home equity line of credit; the prime rate stays at 3%.
The announcement noted that “the risks to the outlook for inflation remain roughly balanced, while the risks associated with household imbalances have not diminished.” With these considerations, the Bank is maintaining its monetary policy stimulus, and remains neutral with respect to the timing and direction of the next change.
The next rate-setting day is October 22nd.
